Ingredients
Lean Ground Beef (93%) -1 LbGreen Bell Pepper – 1 cup diced1 large onion – choppedSpaghetti or Marinara Sauce – 1 cupGround Oregano – 1 TBasil – ½ TSalt – ½ TspBlack Pepper – ¼ TspRed Pepper Flakes ¼ Tsp. (If Desired)
Directions
This recipe is best when cooked the day before needed!!Mix all ingredients in a large 2 Quart saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat covered. Turn heat down to low, cover and continue to simmer for at least 2 hours.Stirring occasionaly. If desired skim off excess fat off the top.
Reheat the next day. Serve on your favorite Roll.
