Hearty Meat Scramble

Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) * Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded (remove) * *Pork Sausage, .5 patty, cooked (raw dimensions: 3-7/ (remove) * Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") (remove) * Bacon, 1 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove) * Onions, raw, .15 cup, sliced (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 medium (remove) * Becel light margerine, 3 tsp (remove) * Milk, 2%, 1 fl oz (remove)
Directions
Cook bacon and sausage and ham set aside.
Scramble eggs with a little milk and set aside.

Saute the mushrooms and onions for about 1 minute and add the cooked meats and saute for another minute

Add egg/milk mixture and cook till desired consistency. Remove to plate and sprinkle 1/4 cup on cheese over top.
