Mexican Rice

Ingredients
1 cup rice 2 cups chicken broth1 cup Picante sauce2 Tbsp Bacon grease
Directions
Melt bacon grease in pan, add rice. Brown, stirring constantly. Once brown, add chicken broth and picante sauce. Cook covered approximately 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Makes 6 servings.
