Greek Parmesan Chops with Vegetables

Ingredients
4 Boneless Top Loin Pork Chops4 Tbsp Leght Greek Vinaigrette Salad Dressing1 cup Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Place chops in a casserole dish. Cover each chop with 1 tbsp of Light Greek Vinaigrette Salad Dressing. Then pour 1 cup (1/2 of a 16 oz bag) of Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables on top. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese over the mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 - 50 minutes. Enjoy with brown rice or your favorite pasta side!!
