1 Kiwifruit3 chopped strawberries OR 2 tsp of natural strawberry jam1/3 of an orange or lemon8 oz of milk (about 250ml)A drop of vanilla essence
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend. Makes 1 serving. Double the recipe if you'd like a larger serving, because this one serving is on the small side.
