Ingredients
Polish Kielbasa Sausage 16 oz 3 cups cooked black beans1 small onion2 tbs minced garlic1/4 tsp curry3 c cooked rice1 can green chilies and tomatoes1 16 oz can diced tomatoes1cup water
Directions
add all ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes to marry flavors, I used dried black beans and prepared the day before. salt and pepper to taste 12 (1) c servings
