Alisa's Super Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 c. old-fashioned whole grain oatmeal (not instant)14 blueberries (optional)1/2 T. Sugar in the Raw1 T. ground flaxseed meal3 dashes cinnamon, groundboiling water (about 1/2 c.)
Directions
Add all ingredients into a cereal bowl. Pour just enough boiling water to reach the top edges of the bowl ingredients (some oatmeal in the center will still be above the water). Stir well. Let stand for 3-5 minutes until water is absorbed.
