2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder (or chocolate)2 cups nonfat milk1 small ripe banana2 cups plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt2 TBSP Smart Balance Omega Creamy Peanut Butter
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    This shake is very good. I used a combination of fat free vanilla and plain yogurt and only 1 TBSP of natural peanut butter. It tasted mainly of banana with a hint of peanut butter. - 7/3/13
