Ingredients
1 Cup water (120 degrees-very warm)1 pkg yeast (2 1/4 tsp.)1 T. honey1 T. olive oil1/2 tsp salt2 3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 can Furmano's low sodium pizza sauce2 cups mozzarella, 2% reduced fat2 servings of Hormel Turkey pepperoni slicesfresh garlic, minced oregano
Directions
In a large mixing bowl dissolve yeast in water. Add honey, oil and salt. Mix with dough hooks for about 2 minutes. Continue mixing, adding the wheat flour. Kneed with dough hooks for about 6-8 minutes. Stop half way through to see if dough is sticky. If it is, add small amount of flour and mix again. Test it again and repeat if necessary.

Spray a large bowl with non stick spray and place dough inside, spray top with spray and turn it over. Cover with plastic wrap.

Let dough rise in warm place for about 30-45 minutes or until double. I usually turn oven on to 200 degrees for a couple of minutes and then TURN OFF. This is a warm enough environment for dough to rise nicely.

After it has doubled, punch dough down and let rest for 5 minutes.

Prepare large round pizza pan (16") or 2 smaller pans by spraying with non stick spray. Spread dough across pan and slightly up the side (about 1/2") to create a crust.

Pour pizza sauce evenly over pizza. Spread 1 cup of mozzarella evenly over top and then the pepperoni. Finish by spreading last cup of mozzarella, fresh garlic and oregano to taste.

Bake 450 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Cut into 16 slices. Enjoy!
