2 lbs ground beef4 green peppers (chopped) can use any color or multi) 1 large onion (chopped)2 Tblsp chopped garlic1 jar spaghetti sauce1 to 1 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
Brown ground beef. While beef is browning, chop onion and peppers. Add onion and peppers to browning beef and continue to brown. When almost browned, add garlic. After ground beef is browned, drain mixture and add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 30 mintues. Add cooked rice and continue to simmer for another 10 to 15 mintues. Serve with lite sour cream on the side.
