Ingredients
Ingredients:Bush Garbonzo Beans, 2- 15 oz cans Extra Virgin olive oil, 5 tbsp lemon juice (fresh from 1 whole lemon), 1 serving Pure Sesame Oil, .25 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1/4 tsp Dried Parsely, 2 tsp Pepper, black, .75 tsp raw garlic 2 cloves minced
Directions
In a food processor combine 1 can drained beans and one can undrained beans with garlic. puree for 5 minutes. add olive oil, sesame oil, and juice of one fresh lemon.Puree until smooth. Add salt, cayenne, and black pepper. add parsely. pulse for 5 seconds. remove from food processor and store covered for two hours in the fridge. serve with your favorite pita bread. 1 serving = 1/4 cup
