cheesecake pudding

Ingredients
1 cup low fat cottage cheese1cup pineapple tidbits or crushed in juice drained4 lg eggs1 scoop protien powder i used 9 gram vanilla 100 cal (if you use higher protien serving and still 100cal adjust protien count)1/2 tsp vanillacinnamon to tastesplenda pkt 1 or 2
Directions
put everything in a blender mix till smooth
pour into square pan sprayed with cooking spray
cook at 350 for40 min
cool and cut into 4 servings
very filling and very good i freeze 3 portions and have them thru the week for a quick breakfast
