French Apple Wedges

Ingredients
2 eggs1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp salt2 tsp vanilla2 cups pared apples, finely chopped
Directions
Beat eggs until light. Sift dry ingredients together and add to eggs along with vanilla and apples (and nuts if desired). Mix well, pour into ungreased 9" pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and serve.
