Ingredients
2.5 c flour1 tsp sugar1 tsp salt1 c warm water1 tbsp or package yeast2 Tbsp olive oil4 c pizza cheesepizza sauce
Directions
In small bowl add yeast to warm water. In large bowl combine dry ingredients, add olive oil and yeast in water. Mix together, once water is absorbed use hands to incorporate the rest of the dry ingredients and then turn out on floured board to kneed until smooth, appx 5-7 min. Lightly oil bowl with olive oil and place dough in bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in warm place for about an hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down dough, divide into two balls. Let sit 5 minutes. Roll out to size of pizza pan. Top with sauce and cheese. Makes 2 large pizzas, 16 average slices.
Bake in 450 degree oven for 7 minutes each.
