Ingredients
2 Egg Whites4 Scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder (Max's HP+ 0 Carb)20 grams whipped cream1 Cup skim 1% fat milk50 grams Unsweetened coca powder100 grams unsweetened frozen berries
Directions
Throw all ingridients into powerful blender and blend until smooth mixture. Pour slowly into ice-cream maker for 20 minutes, then freeze. Best served in an hour or two.
