1 1/2 cups flour3 tsp baking powder3 tbl sugar1 egg3 tbl melted butter1/4 tsp vanilla extract1 1/4 cup milk
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the others and mix very well until fluffy. Cook over low heat (as in not burning hot) and watch for the bubbles to stay on the top side. Flip and cook other side. Tres yummy!
