.75 c. soy milk.75 c water1 tbsp. white vinegarmix together and set aside1 c. cornmeal1 c. flour (1/2 white, 1/2 whole wheat)2 tbsp sweetner (agave nectar)3/4 tsp. salt1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp soda2 tbsp applesauce
pour into bread pan, bake at 400 for 25 minutes. makes 8 servings
