Healthy Broccoli Cheese Chicken Quiche

1 Cup Broccoli, steamed3 Chicken Breast, Boiled1 3/4 Cup Kraft Natural Cheese (Fat Free) Shredded Cheddar Cheese2 ready-made pie crusts1 Cup Instant Nonfat Dry Milk1/4 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. black pepper
Serves 6-8
1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees
2. Chop up chicken
3. Drain steamed broccoli
4. Place, chopped chicken, steamed broccoli, and shredded cheddar cheese in (2) ready made pie crusts.
5. Mix up 1 Cup Instant Nonfat Drymilk ( following directions for 8 oz)
6. Add your egg white to above milk mixture, add salt and pepper and wisk until it becomes frothy.
7. Pour milk mixture over broccoli/chicken cheese mixture
8. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until quiche has set up.
9. Serve hot
