Vegan Meat Sauce

Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil1 carrot, diced2 stalks of celery, diced1 medium onion, diced4 cloves garlic, minced1 lb wild mushrooms, sliced1 bag Q'uorn Meatless Grounds1 jar tomato paste1 tbsp sugarSalt and Pepper6 oz red wine2 cups waterBasilParsley
Directions
Place a saucepan over medium heat, pour the oil in the pan and let it get hot.

Add the carrot, celery, onion and mushrooms. Cook about 7 minutes, until soft. Add the grounds. Add the wine and cook until evaporated. Add the water and the tomato paste and stir. Add the sugar, salt and pepper to taste.

Cook about 30 minutes, or until thickened like a sauce. Serve over whole wheat pasta.
