Taco Seasoning (any kind)Lean Ground Beef (can use Ground Turkey)1 Head Iceberg Lettuce, chopped into bite size pieces2 Cups Chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 Tbsp Chopped Onions, raw. 15 Med Kroger Black Olives 2 15 oz Kroger Kidney Beans (Dark Red) 8 oz Kroger Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese*desired amount of corn chips
makes 12 - 1 cup servings.
Fry lean hambugar in skillet until runs clear. Add water and spice taco packet according to directions. Add drained cans of Red Kidney Beans and stir together. Set aside.
Toss all other ingredients together except chips. Add meat mixture to lettuce mix and stir together. Add desired amount of corn chips right before serving per individuals taste.
