Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:1 pkg Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls8 Jennie-O Turkey Breakfast sausage links removed from casings.3/4 cup Frozen Hash Browns1 cup cheddar cheese5 eggs or Egg substitute Equivalent1/4 cup skim milkReduced fat Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Unroll the crescent rolls and press together to form a solid crust in a round pie pan.
3. Brown the turkey sausage (removed from casings). Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
Crumble sausage of crust.
4. Sprinkle frozen hash browns over turkey sausage.
5. Top with grated cheddar cheese
6. With a wire whisk, beat eggs with skim milk. Pour mixture over pizza.
7. Lightly sprinkle top of pizza with the parmesan cheese.
8. Bake for 35 minutes or until set.
Serves 6-8.
