Jamie Oliver's Broccoli and Pesto Tagliatelle

Ingredients
1lb dried pasta (he used tagliatelle, I used Fettuccine) 1 medium potato1 head of broccoli.25 cup green pesto3 oz parmesan cheese
Directions
Slice the potato with a peeler, you want super thin slices.
Cut broccoli florets off and save
Slice the broccoli stalk thinly
Boil your pasta and the broccoli stalk slices
With 2 minuted remaining, add potato and broccoli to pasta and broccoli stalks.
Drain.
Add pesto and grated parmesan and voila! Yum!
