Ingredients
1 bag vegetable soup mix veggies3/4 cup Mirepoix (carrots, celery and onion) sauteed4 cups low sodium beef (or vegetable) stock2 small tomatoes chopped and seeded2 tsp instant beef bouillon (NO SALT)1 tsp minced garlicseason with black pepper, salt and herbs
Directions
Saute Mirepoix, tomatoes and garlic until tender. Add vegetables, stock and bouillon. Season and simmer. Season with salt and herbs to taste!
