1.Put the fire on medium heat, sauteed the garlic, peppers, onions in olive oil, season to your liking (thyme, rosemary and other seasons). let it cook for about 3 mins. or soften
2. Add in the crab meat and mussels.. cook for a few mins, add in some wine.
3. Add in the okra and spinach
4. When veggies are close to a darkish green, add the shrimp and fish..
5. Let cook for about 25 mins, on low-med fire.
Its your choice you can eat as is or over brown rice.
