Emily's Black Bean Salad

Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (remove)Onions, raw, 0.24 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Beans, black, 1.5 cup (remove)Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)
Combine rinsed and drained black beans, corn, green pepper, onion, and cilantro in mixing bowl.
In a seperate bowl whisk together lime juixe, olive oil,GROUND cumin (recipe calculator didn't have ground as a choice) , salt and pepper to taste and pour over salad. Can be served as is or over a bed of spinach or mixed leaf lettuces.
Makes about 3-1 cup servings
