AAA rated Jalapeno Strips

Ingredients
3-4 seeded and thinly slice jalapeno peppers1/3 cup of pancake batter (or Bisquick)1/3 cup of water (add until batter is on the thinner side)
Directions
Preheat canola oil to 350 degrees.
Dip jalapeno strips into batter, then add one at a time to hot oil. When they turn golden brown, remove from oil and place on paper towels to wick away excess oil. Serve with your favorite dip. Serves 2
