100g skimmed milk powder220g Low fat condensed milk1/8 tsp cardamom seed powderedPistachios to decorate
1. Add ingredients except pistachios to a microwave proof bowl
2. Mix well then cook in microwave for approx 1-1 and half mins until milk starts to rise
3. Stir
4. Do steps 2 and 3 twice more
5. Tip mixture onto a tray or plate and roll out to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
6. Allow to cool thoroughly
7. Cut into 20 squares or diamonds and decorate with pistachios
8. Cool further in fridge
