Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Watermelon, 2 cup, balls
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (Use sugar free of Diabetic)
    Rock Salt, 1 tsp (It is low in Sodium count than regular salt)
    Fresh Coriander leaves
    Fresh Mint Leaves
    1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder
    2 cups crushed ice

Directions

To make one Glass of Slush :

1. Cut Watermelon in cubes and remove its seeds.
2. Blend watermelon, mint and coriender leaves, sugar, salt in Blender.
3. Crush ice and put it in Blender with watermelon and Blend it on high speed for 1 min.
4. Pour in glass put cumin seed powder and Granish with Fresh Mint leavs.
5. You can add some water to dilute it if required.

    Interesting flavor. I think I'll try it next time with tomato and onion added, and maybe a little lemon?? You know, like the flavors in the watermelon salad? - 3/9/13
