Grandma's Banana Bread (modified)

Ingredients
1/3 cp Shortening1/2 cp Splenda2 eggs3/4 cp wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 cp mashed bananas1/4 cp walnuts (chopped)
Directions
mix all ingredients. Lightly coat pan with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 for 45 - 60 minutes.
