Grandma Treadwell's Walnut Patties

Ingredients
1 cup chopped onions1 cup old fashioned oatmeal1 cup 2% cottage cheese1/2 cup chopped walnuts2 large eggs2 tbl. flour1 tbl active dry yeast1 tbl wheat germ1 tbl flaxseed meal1 tsp sage
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Make into small patties and bron on both sides in lightly oiled pan.
