Ground Pork, 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)Onions, raw, .5 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 tspTomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 large whole (3" dia)Shallots, 1 tbsp choppedAvocados, Haas 1 fruit without skin and seedsLaughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese (Serving = 1 wedge), 1 servingLime Juice, 2 fl oz
Combine Avocado, Laughing Cow Cheese and Lime juice in a food Processor. Process until smooth.
Brown the meat and then add all of the veggies. Cook for a few minutes.
On top of a home made flour tortilla, (Not included in calorie count), put the avocado cream cheese as your base. Then pile on the meat and veggies. Enjoy!
