1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar1/2 Cup Mustard1 1/2 tsps of freshly ground pepper1 1/2 tsps of salt3 cloves garlicbasiloregano
Directions
Whisk together all the ingredients, holding the EVVO out.
Slowly pour EVVO into mixture and whisk, gradually increase speed.
Store in Refrigerator, if the mixture separates bring to room temp and whisk again.
