Black Bean Frittata

Ingredients
6 eggs1 cup chopped broccoli1/2 cup chopped red pepper1 cup low fat shredded cheese (colby/jack)1 can Bush's black beans
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 4" x 7" (or similiar size) pan with non stick spray. Mix all ingredients together. Pour mixture into pan. Bake for 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
