swiss chard/lentil soup

Ingredients
cloves garlic, minced2.5 tbsp canola oil5 tsp curry powder1/4 tsp cayenne pepper2 32 oz organic veg. broth1 large bunch organic swiss chard, stalks removed, coarsely chopped2 cups organic red lentils, rinsed1 15 oz can organic garbanzo beans, drained1/2 cup organic red quinoa, rinsed thoroughly 1 cup organic carrots, chopped1 cup organic celery, chopped3 tbsp organic shallots, choppedl large organic red bell pepper, chopped1 stalk organic broccoli, tossed in olive oil and roasted3/4 cup organic edamame shelled
Directions
Heat oil in large sauce pan over medium high heat. Add shallots, carrots, pepper, garlic, celery approx. 10 minuntes. Mix in curry and cayenne. Add broth, lentils, quinoa, edamame, and garbanzos. Stir, bring to boil. Reduce heat cook about 10 minutes then add chard. Cook an additional 5 minutes. Turn off and let set for a few minutes.
Opptional add a dollop of plain yogurt.
