Ingredients
1 box Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Lasagna Noodles.15 oz container fat free Ricotta Cheese. 2 cup bag of Italian blend cheese2 jars Classico Fire Roasted Tomato and Garlic Pasta sauce1/4 cup egg substitutesalt/pepper to taste1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
Directions
Cook lasagna noodles and drain. Mix ricotta with egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese. Cook spinach in microwave and drain well, mix with ricotta mixture. Spoon remaining sauce into the bottom of a greased pyrex dish then layer 1/2 the noodles. add 1/2 the meat mixture, then all the ricotta mixture, add a layer of cheese reserving enough to top dish. Layer one more row of noodles then remaining sauce. Top with foil and bake for 30 min. Remove and top with cheese and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
