Ingredients

    * 1/2 box Penne pasta cooked and drained
    * 1 can of diced tomatoes, drained
    * 2 tablespoons olive oil
    * 2 teaspoons of diced garlic
    * 2 tablespoons basil
    * 1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese

Directions

Cook the pasta. In a large saucepan, mix the drained pasta, tomatoes, olive oil, and garlic. Cook over medium heat for approximately 4 - 5 minutes, mixing well. Add basil to taste. Mix in feta at the end. Serve.

    I have a similar recipe but I use with fresh spinach sauteed in olive oil and then place the penne pasta (cooked) in the skillet,mix, put on plates, add tomato and feta plus kalamata olives, one of our favorites! - 2/12/12

    I made this recipe with whole wheat penne, substituted the canned tomatoes for fresh, and used more garlic. It's a very quick and easy dish! I might try this again with more veggies and some chili peppers to make it spicier! - 1/2/11
