I have a similar recipe but I use with fresh spinach sauteed in olive oil and then place the penne pasta (cooked) in the skillet, mix, put on plates, add tomato and feta plus kalamata olives, one of our favorites! - 2/12/12

I made this recipe with whole wheat penne, substituted the canned tomatoes for fresh, and used more garlic. It's a very quick and easy dish! I might try this again with more veggies and some chili peppers to make it spicier! - 1/2/11

  • Delicious! A nice, light flavor. It tasted like something you would get at a restaurant. I added garlic powder and Italian seasoning for a little extra flavor. - 10/22/15
