Turkey Coney Island Meat Sauce for Hot Dogs

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey 1 1/2 tsp salt2 Tsp Chili Powder*1/4 tsp cumin*pinch cayanne*pinch paprika*dash oregano11 oz (small can) tomato sauce2/3 cup water * indicates spices you can add more or less of depending on your taste and how spicy you like things. I am pretty much a wimp, so this is minimums. Playing with these spices doesnt really effect the nutritional information.
Directions
Brown Ground beef
add remaining ingredients, mix well
bring to a boil
reduce heat and cover,
simmer about 45 minutes.

It is usually only me here, so once it is cool. I often bag in freezer bags about 1 cup per bag, which is enough for me to have 4 hot dogs. I then freeze it flat, then stand it up like bookends. I have frozen them up to 9 months.
