Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
3lbs lean beef sliced1 pkg dry stroganoff sauce mix1 cup water2 cups fresh sliced muhrooms8oz of lite sour cream
Directions
Slice beef into strips and sautee in 2 tbl spoons oil untill cooked through. Drain meat to remove excess oil. Prepare mix according to package directions. cook and stir untill thickened. Add beef and musrooms cover and simmer for 1-2 hours.
Cook noodles in large pot according to directions. Drain when cooked. Add sour cream to beef mixture, stir to combine. Place a serving on noodles (1.5 cups on plate), add 1 cup of beef mixture and serve with vegetable of your choice.
