Quick & Easy Grilled Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
Prepared 8" Pizza Crust1/4 Cup Spaghetti Sauce (No Sugar Added)1/8 Cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese1/8 Cup Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese1 Plum Tomato1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Broccoli4 Mushrooms, sliced1/4 Cup Julienned Carrots1 Clove Garlic, sliced or minced(optional) 1 tsp. dried Italian Seasoning(optional) 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Place aluminum foil on grilling surface. Heat grill.

Spread sauce over pizza shell. Sprinkle with fat free mozzarella. Top with vegetables and garlic. Sprinkle reduced fat cheese on top. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and/or crushed red pepper, if desired.

Place onto grill. Cook over a low flame approx. 8 mins. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
