Mango & Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup of whole milk (obviously you can use lowfat or nonfat to reduce calories)3 decent sized slices of mangoHalf a banana1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender, the vanilla AFTER the milk so it doesn't get lost down the bottom, and blend.
