2 cups low fat parmesan cheese, shredded2 cups 2% Italian blend cheese, shredded4-8 oz pkg fat free or low fat cream cheese, at room temp1-8oz box frozen spinach, thawed and drained very well 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained1 large red bell pepper, diced1 packet Good Season Garlic & Herb dressing mix
Put all ingredients into crock pot. Mix well.
Heat on low 1hour or until warm. Once warmed through, turn to warm to prevent burning.
Serve with baked tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables sticks.
