1/2 tablespoon canola oil1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce2 TBS brown sugarEgg substitute equivalent to 1 egg, or 2 egg whites1 +1/2 cups uncooked rolled oats1 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 cup skim milk
Serves 4
In a good-sized bowl, stir together oil, applesauce, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients and milk. Mix well. Spray a 9-by-9 baking pan generously with cooking spray. Spoon oatmeal mixture into pan.
