Whole Wheat Brownies

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter6 Tbl coco powder1/4 cup vegetable oil1/2 cup honey3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp salt(walnuts or chocolate chips optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Melt 1/4 cup butter in saucepan. Add 6 Tbl coco powder and blend. Add 1/4 cup veg. oil and 1/2 cup honey and mix all together.
Add 3/4 whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp vanilla and mix well.
In prepared dish, add brownie batter. Bake 20-25 min until toothpick come clean.

Makes 12 1" x 1 1/2" pieces
