Barilla Farfalle Pasta - Bowtie -- 3 cupsBeef, Hamburger Ground Chuck -- 1 lbCarrots, raw -- 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)Onions, raw -- 0.5 largeMilk, 1% -- 1 cupKroger Frozen Mixed Vegetables (Carrots, Green Beans, Green Peas) -- 1 cupVelvetta 2% Cheese -- 4 ozKroger Mild Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese, Finely Shredded -- 1 cup
Cook pasta as directed
Brown meat in large deep skillet over medium-high heat
Drain
Return meat to skillet
Add carrots & onions; Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Drain pasta. Add to meat mixture with milk, frozen veggies and Velvetta. Stir
Cook on medium-low heat 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally
Sprinkle with shredded cheese
