Carrot Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup sliced carrots1 cup fresh spinach frozen1 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries1 cup no sugar added apple juice1 cup Silk Light Vanilla SoymilkBlender
Directions
Slice carrots, place them and spinach in soymilk, liquify until they are completely obliterate.
Blend in blueberries and apple juice to desired consistency. (like I mentioned you may want to go with carrot juice for a better consistency, it was kinda lumpy and a bit chewy.)
