1# ground beef1 packet McCormick burrito seasoning packet6 ortega burrito sized flour tortillas2 C colby jack shredded cheese1 can whole potatoes1 can fat free refried beans
1. Brown meat and drain fat
2. Stir seasoning packet and beans into meat and simmer for
5-10 minutes
3. Meanwhile, quater and boil the pototes
4. Warm 6 tortillas and divide the meat mixture and pototes
evenly into the tortillas
5. Add any toppings- lettuce and salsa will not add any
additional calories or fat to the recipe
6. Wrap the burritos and enjoy
