Cucumber (peeled), 2 medium Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 10 cherry Kraft Light Cucumber Ranch, 6 tbspRed Onion 2 thin slicesKroger Frozen Green Peas 3 CupsSalt & pepper to taste
Peel cucumber. Cut into slices and then into quarters. Place in bowl.
Thaw peas. Add to bowl.
Dice red onion and add to bowl.
Add salad dressing to bowl and mix.
Cut tomatoes into quarters. Add to bowl and mix gently.
Makes 6 1-cup servings.
