Ingredients
Large Head of Iceburg lettuce1 cup carrots (chopped)1 cup celery (Chopped)1 cup onion (chopped)1 cup broccoli (chopped)1 cup cauliflower (chopped)1 cup radishes(sliced)1 cup cucumber (sliced)1 can Dark red kidney beans1/2 cup Taco Cheese (2% milk)1/2 cup Salsa1/2 cup Reduce Calorie Thousand Island Dressing1 cup crushed Tortilla Chips
Directions
Mix all vegetables, beans, and cheese together

Mix Salsa and thousand Island together and use as dressing for the salad

Add the crushed chips just before serving to retain crispness.
