1, 1 oz package of any flavor Jell-o sugar free fat free pudding mix (instant), 1 Keebler reduced fat graham cracker crust (regular or chocolate), 2 Cups fat free Cool Whip.
Mix pudding per package directions. Using mixer with wisk attachment, whisk in Cool Whip. Scrape contents of pudding mixture into graham cracker crust. Allow to thicken in the fridge. If desired, serve with a dollop of fat free Cool Whip.
Makes 8 slices. 5 Weight Watcher's points per slice.
