Coffee Cake Muffins

Ingredients
2 Eggs, fresh1/2 cup Granulated Sugar1/2 cup Margarine like spread2 TBS Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt,1 tsp vanilla3 cups Flour, white1 1/2 cup Milk, 1%,For topping:2 TBS Brown Sugar2 tsp Cinnamon, ground2 TBS Flour, whiteoptional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts (not included in nutritional count)
Directions
Beat sugar, margarine and eggs til light. Add vanilla, salt and baking powder. Beat well. Add flour and milk and mix til moistened. In a separate bowl mix together topping.
Put half the batter in greased muffin tins, sprinkle part of the topping mix on batter. Top with rest of batter, then the rest of the topping mix.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
